Job summary

CAPREIT is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for The Billie Apartments in Baltimore, MD. You will provide high-level customer service, show and lease apartments, process leasing documents, assist with move-in/out inspections, and promote resident relations while communicating events and policies to residents.

You will assist the Community Manager to meet budget goals, control expenses, and achieve occupancy and rental-rate targets; handle rent collection and related reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in multi-family housing and leasing.
• Experience with RealPage, OneSite or Yardi preferred.
• Ability to read Profit and Loss and General Ledger reports.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to residents and prospects.
• Show and lease apartments; process leasing documents.
• Assist with move-in/out inspections; promote resident relations.
• Assist with budget goals; manage expenses and occupancy targets.
• Coordinate with Service Team to maintain the community.
