Cogir Senior Living in Newberg, Oregon, is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff. The role covers front desk coverage and delivering exceptional service to create a welcoming community.

The ideal candidate has 6–12 months of front desk or customer service experience, strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), and a demonstrated ability to multitask while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of customer service or front desk experience in a hotel, retirement community, or office setting.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Patient and willing to assist residents, visitors, and team members.
• Friendly, assertive, professional, outgoing, multitasked, and organized.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line telephone and direct calls as needed.
• Greet families, residents, guests, and vendors with a smile.
• Maintain outside visitor logs and monitor access.
• Assist residents with scheduling transportation, activities, or appointments.
• Support management with administrative tasks, such as data entry and scheduling.
• Order office supplies.
• Address resident concerns and elevate issues to management.
• Complete work order requests.
