Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Speak to and interact with residents, families, and visitors with empathy, kindness, compassion, and respect.
• Answer phone with a welcoming and inviting attitude, and respond courteously.
• Assist in scheduling new hires for review and completion of new hire paperwork.
• Assist the Business Office Manager when needed.
• Receive and route incoming and outgoing mail when needed.
• Type all correspondence as requested.
• Greet families and visitors and direct to the appropriate department head.
• Answer questions to prospects regarding the community in the absence of the Sales Director.
