Job summary

Enso Village is a Zen-inspired senior living community seeking an Operations Support Specialist to enhance resident experience. You will oversee the Concierge team, manage onboarding, front desk duties, and ensure smooth coordination across Health & Wellbeing, Facilities, Life Enrichment, and Nourishment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, service‑oriented, and collaborative, capable of managing multiple priorities while building strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality, business admin, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing supervisory or operational roles; senior living, hospitality, healthcare, or service environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and support team members while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Concierge team and act as a primary resident resource for information and services.
• Coordinate across Health & Wellbeing, Facilities, Life Enrichment, and Nourishment departments.
• Support onboarding, front desk services, resident documentation, and regulatory duties.
• Hire, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate Concierge staff; ensure staffing coverage per community needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect resident information; promote professional, welcoming service.
• Assist Director of Operations with audits, inspections, reporting, and compliance tasks.
