Enso Village, a Zen-inspired senior living community, seeks an Operations Support Specialist to drive a responsive resident experience. You will supervise the Concierge team, assist with onboarding, and coordinate across Health & Wellbeing, Facilities, Life Enrichment, and Nourishment.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and service skills, with a focus on privacy, dignity, and resident-centered care; occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality, business, customer service education preferred.
• Experience in a customer-facing supervisory or operational role; senior living, hospitality, healthcare, or service environment preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and support team while maintaining high service standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with residents, families, and team members.

Responsabilités

• Act as a primary resource for residents seeking information and guidance on services.
• Respond to questions with empathy and follow-through, coordinating with departments as needed.
• Collaborate to support a consistent, high-quality resident experience.
• Oversee Concierge team, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and evaluations.
• Maintain resident records and support director on audits, reporting, and operations.
