Enso Village, a Zen-inspired senior living community, seeks an Operations Support Specialist to coordinate resident services and lead the Concierge team under the Director of Operations. You will ensure timely, compassionate support across Health & Wellbeing, Facilities, Life Enrichment, and Nourishment, maintaining confidential resident records and seamless operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in a customer-facing supervisory or operational role.
• Experience in senior living, hospitality, healthcare, or service-oriented environment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Director of Operations.
• Oversee Concierge team and frontline resident services.
• Coordinate onboarding, front desk, and resident information management.
• Track resident service requests and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with Health & Wellbeing, Facilities, Life Enrichment, and Nourishment teams.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory needs as required.
