Qualifications

• Reads and comprehends simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Writes simple correspondence.
• Able to present information in one-on-one and small group settings.

Responsibilities

• Answers phone with a welcoming attitude and assists visitors.
• Greet residents, families, and visitors and direct to appropriate department.
• Assist in scheduling new hires for review and paperwork.
• Assist the Business Office Manager as needed.
• Receive and route mail; type correspondence.
• Respond promptly to residents’ requests and inquiries.
