Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to welcome residents, families, and visitors, maintaining a warm, safe, and organized community experience. You will greet people, route calls, and support the Sales team with inquiries.

Role requires strong customer service, professional communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while using Microsoft Office and basic computer systems. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with excellent time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and prospective families with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer and route calls promptly, taking accurate messages.
• Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries.
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.
• Support recruitment efforts and administrative data entry.
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters.
• Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures.
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks.
