Qualifications

• Serve as point of contact for all resident requests and telephone calls.
• Coordinate services for residents and family, ensuring high standards of service.
• Maintain cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere in common areas.
• Organize community transportation and assist with scheduling appointments.
