Responsibilities include assisting residents with requests, coordinating services, and maintaining customer service excellence. Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma or GED and have 1-3 years of relevant experience. The wage range for this position is $17.85 to $21.42 per hour, based on experience. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three years of related experience and/or training.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification where required.
• Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs.

Responsibilities

• Serves as point of contact for all resident requests and telephone calls.
• Coordinates services for residents and their family members.
• Maintains extremely high standards of customer service.
