Job summary

Prime Residential is seeking an Experience Consultant I for Park La Brea in Los Angeles. You will respond to resident inquiries, handle maintenance work orders, manage leasing-related tasks, and maintain strong relationships with residents and staff.

The role requires multitasking, a positive attitude, and knowledge of property management software such as RealPage. Schedule is Wed-Sun or Sat-Wed, with a competitive hourly pay and a focus on delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent level of training/work experience.
• 1 year of overall customer service experience in property management.
• Knowledge of federal, state, local laws related to employment and fair housing is a plus.
• Proficiency with RealPage or other property management software is expected.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all prospects and residents in a positive, professional manner.
• Check voice mail boxes and email receptacle regularly throughout the day.
• Create and complete work orders and maintain property standards.
• Enter leasing traffic and daily activity into the lead tracking program.
• Assist prospected residents with online reviews and application processes.
