Job summary

Prime Residential in Los Angeles is seeking an Experience Consultant I at Park La Brea to join the on-site Customer Service team. You will respond to resident inquiries, process work orders, and help manage the community of over 4,200 apartment homes.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional communication, de-escalation, and accurate responses using Real Page, OneSite, and other property management software. Schedule is Wednesday–Sunday or Saturday–Wednesday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent level of training and work experience.
• 1 year of overall customer service experience in a property management career progression.
• Knowledge of federal, state, local laws related to employment, fair housing, and landlord/tenant laws.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and RealPage or other property management software.
• Possess a valid driver’s license for property/community use.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospects and residents in a positive, professional manner.
• Check voice mails and emails regularly.
• Create and complete work orders and maintain lobbies and model units.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs and scheduling.
• Enter leasing traffic into the lead tracking program.
• Schedule appointments for prospective residents and tours.
• Assist with online reviews and maintain resident relationships.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.]
• Maintain basic accounting/ledger knowledge for general resident assistance.
