Job summary

Prime Residential is seeking an Experience Consultant I for Park La Brea, a large community in the Miracle Mile area of Los Angeles with 4,200+ units. You will respond to resident inquiries, coordinate service requests, and support leasing operations to ensure a high-quality living experience.

You will work with the on-site Customer Service team, use Real Page and OneSite software, and maintain professional communications to build long-term resident relationships.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience in a property management career progression.
• Knowledge of federal, state, local laws related to employment, fair housing, and landlord/tenant policies.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospects and residents in a professional manner.
• Respond to inquiries and concerns with calm, professional demeanor.
• Maintain knowledge of Real Page, OneSite, and property management software.
• Create and process work orders and schedule tours.
• Assist leasing with move-ins, move-outs, and applications.
• Document notes in resident files and communicate with Accounts Receivable.
• Support resident relationship-building and safety compliance.
