Job summary

You will keep the Yardi lead system updated, help show model apartments, assist with interviews and ensure compliance and inventory of office supplies, while delivering Brightview’s values.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and a minimum of two years of experience in either a Sales or Administrative capacity that involved significant amount of working with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, engage and assist residents, family members, guests and callers.
• Support fielding inquiry calls and promote Brightview offerings.
• Maintain data in the Yardi lead base system and ensure timely updates.
• Assist with interviews, compliance, and inventory of office supplies.
