Brightview Senior Living, LLC in White Plains, NY is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome residents, families and guests, assist callers, and support sales efforts with engagement and follow-up.

You will keep the Yardi lead system updated, help show model apartments, assist with interviews and ensure compliance and inventory of office supplies, while delivering Brightview’s values.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and a minimum of two years of experience in either a Sales or Administrative capacity that involved significant amount of working with internal and external customers.

We are currently in need of a Concierge to help us open our newest NY community, Brightview Greenburgh! Brightview Greenburgh will provide high-end, senior independent living, assisted living, and memory care options for our new residents.

Responsibilities

You will create a vibrant Brightview experience by greeting, welcoming, engaging and assisting our residents, family members, guests and callers. If you have an interest in working with seniors and embrace Brightview’sSTARS core values we want to hear from you! As a Concierge, you will:

• Consistently and genuinely demonstrate the STARS principles of Service, Teamwork, Action, Reputation and Success in all activities and interactions.
• Greet, engage and assist callers and guests in a vibrant, professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure that collateral materials such as brochures are up to date and readily available.
• Work closely with the community Executive Director and Sales Director(s) in fielding inquiry calls.
• Respond to inquiries and promote all that Brightview has to offer in terms of programming, dining services, care and safety.
• Make follow-up calls to prospective residents and/or families to maintain contact.
• Help maintain data in the Yardi lead base system ensuring that information is updated timely and accurately.
• Continue to support the community sales efforts by engaging visitors and prospective residents, collecting information, and promoting Brightview as a great place to live.
• Help ensure that model apartments are well maintained and ready to show at all times.
• Assist the Business Office Director and Recruiting Specialist with the interview process.
• Assist the Business Office Director to ensure that all files remain within compliance.
• Assist the Business Office Director with ordering and maintaining an adequate inventory of office and community supplies.

Salary range

USD $19.50 - USD $22.50 /Hr.

Compensation Disclosure

The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.

Qualifications

In order to qualify, you must have knowledge of office equipment and basic computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will also have:

• Associate degree and a minimum of two years of experience in either a Sales or Administrative capacity that involved significant amount of working with internal and external customers.
• Self- motivated to take on new challenges and determine solutions.
• The ability to quickly connect with people of varying demographics, backgrounds and experiences.
• Strong customer service skills with demonstrated experience in building relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
