Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations with the Executive Director.
• Build relationships with residents and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Lead, coach, and support onsite team members to encourage performance and growth.
• Monitor community appearance, service quality, and operational standards.
• Partner with maintenance, leasing, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Support resident retention through proactive communication and service excellence.
• Prepare and manage reports, records, and administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Assist with budgeting, expense control, and community performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and resident satisfaction and team effectiveness.
