Zusammenfassung

Hillpointe is seeking a Resident Experience Manager in Florida to drive leasing activities, engage residents, and support occupancy and revenue goals. The role involves coordinating with marketing, using CRM/leasing software, and guiding the guest services team to deliver exceptional customer service.

The position requires 2+ years in property management, a flexible schedule including weekends, and strong communication skills to support best-in-class resident experiences at urban workforce

Qualifikationen

Two or more years of property management experience required.
Experience in leasing, sales, customer service or related field preferred.
Ability to learn new software systems and communicate outcomes effectively.

Aufgaben

Conduct sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
Collaborate on marketing strategies and social media presence to drive traffic and boost occupancy rates.
Utilize CRM and leasing software to track follow up and applicant progress.
Lead and support the guest service team by providing guidance and ensuring performance standards.
Engage with prospects and residents to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and stay updated on industry trends.
