Job summary

UDR’s Lodge at Foxborough in Foxborough, MA seeks a Resident Services Manager 2 to uphold exceptional resident experiences at a 250-home community. You will coordinate customer service and support community operations under senior leadership, driving service quality and community value.

Key duties include managing daily resident relations, supervising staff, overseeing leasing-related tasks, coordinating vendors, and contributing to events and communications to drive occupancy and resident

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, related field, or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years of property management experience in onsite operations, leasing, administration, and customer service.
• Minimum of two years of management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Walk the community daily and ensure it meets quality standards.
• Answer resident questions professionally and timely, and support move-in orientation and renewals.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; manage time records and attendance; address performance concerns.
• Oversee vendor management, leases, and key control; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
