Qualifications

• 2+ years in property management, leasing, or an assistant community manager role.
• Strong understanding of resident relations, rent collection, and leasing coordination.
• Experience using AppFolio or similar property management software.
• Proven ability to support team leadership and community operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction.
• Assist in rent collection and delinquency management to meet financial goals.
• Coordinate leasing activities, showings and applications.
• Address resident inquiries with a friendly, solution-focused approach.
• Collaborate with maintenance to resolve property issues.
• Maintain accurate resident records and community documentation.
• Create and post engaging rental ads; support marketing efforts.
• Prepare reports on property performance for improvement.
