Job summary

Omega Management Group is seeking a Residential Community Manager in Wichita, KS to oversee day-to-day operations of the apartment community, ensure cleanliness, maintain property condition and achieve target occupancy.

You will promote rental revenue, service residents’ needs, collect rents and fees, supervise staff, and keep accurate records while adhering to company policies. A strong customer service mindset and supervisory skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalency; some college preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in management, sales, or office administration; apartment management preferred.
• ARM or CAM designations preferred.
• HUD/LIHTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the apartment community.
• Maintain property condition and target occupancy, ensure cleanliness.
