Unity Homes at Ballston in Arlington, VA is managed by S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. The Assistant Community Manager role supports daily operations, leasing and resident relations under the Community Manager, coordinating on-site staff and ensuring policies are followed.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in property-related work, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site position in the Arlington area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Prior supervisory experience in a customer service environment is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License if operating a vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Abides by Fair Housing Laws.
• Show the property to prospective residents and prepare lease packets.
• Run credit reports, inspect properties after move-outs and before move-ins.
• Assist leasing while striving for quality residency and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with Payroll and Maintenance for smooth operations.
• Support resident retention and handle miscellaneous duties.
