Job summary

Peaks Healthcare Consulting is seeking a Hospitality Hero to serve as the community’s primary ambassador of hospitality, ensuring residents and families feel seen and cared for through relationship-building and proactive communication.

The role reports to the Administrator and partners with senior leadership on resident experience, branding, and culture initiatives, driving care into memorable experiences and supporting CareCash programs within the community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily resident rounding and build meaningful resident relationships.
• Provide weekly updates to families and address concerns to improve satisfaction.
• Encourage and obtain reviews to reinforce community reputation and Google ratings.
• Plan and execute CareCash and hospitality initiatives to enhance resident experiences.
• Develop positive referral relationships with case managers and partners.
