Responsibilities

• Conduct daily resident rounding to ensure satisfaction.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Identify concerns proactively and create personalized experiences.
• Manage CareCash program and execute hospitality initiatives.
• Communicate weekly with resident families to keep them informed.
