Role description:
Arcadis is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer/Construction Inspector to join our construction management water group. The projects will primarily be located in Central New Jersey and Rockland County, New York. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on a variety of construction types working with a focus on park facilities as well as water and wastewater projects. The Resident Engineer/Construction Inspector will become a member of our talented team of construction management professionals that focus on delivering outstanding client service, helping them program, plan, and deliver their infrastructure, building and engineering projects. Services include managing water and wastewater and other projects during the pre-bid through the construction phase of these exciting and challenging projects. In this role you will use your knowledge of construction and project management to successfully deliver these projects to our clients. You will work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and end-users, demonstrating a strong understanding of the process. We’re looking for candidates that want to change the industry through determination, education, and leadership.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000.
