Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years experience in a long‑term care, hospital, or related healthcare setting.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality activity programming to residents.
• Interact with residents to ensure quality care and positive relations.
• Maintain records of concerns/requests and responses.
• Act as community liaison and seek new revenue-generating opportunities.
• Attend care conferences as necessary.
• Address concerns from Resident/Family Satisfaction Survey.
