You will work to create programs that foster well-being, coordinate with care teams, and track participation and progress.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in healthcare or senior living preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead activities (games, crafts, fitness, social events) tailored to residents.
• Collaborate with Recreation Therapy to promote physical, social, and emotional well-being.
• Maintain records of resident participation, progress, and feedback.
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere encouraging social interaction and community engagement.
• Align activities with individualized care plans and team recommendations.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to program development.
