Sunrise Senior Living in Wilton, CT seeks an Activities & Volunteer Coordinator to lead resident engagement, volunteer services, and concierge operations. You will create meaningful connections, supervise staff and volunteers, and collaborate with Sales and Resident Care on move-ins and ongoing engagement.

The role requires 2+ years in leadership roles within senior living or related fields, with strong organizational and event-planning abilities. A valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership/supervisory experience in senior living, hospitality, recreation, or volunteer management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and event-planning skills.
• Experience with volunteer/engagement technology and reporting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement, and evaluate resident-centered engagement programs and events.
• Oversee activities, entertainment, and wellness programming across all neighborhoods, including memory care.
• Supervise team members, volunteers, and concierge staff.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain volunteers; build community partnerships.
• Track participation, satisfaction, and engagement metrics to improve programming.
