Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior healthcare or social services experience preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities, programs, and events for residents.
• Collaborate with the Activity Director to develop activity programs.
• Encourage socialization and organize group activities and one-on-one interactions.
• Assist with daily living tasks and support daily routines.
• Maintain records on activity participation and engagement.
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for activities and residents.
