Job summary

You will plan monthly activities, partner with community leadership to host events, and help drive resident engagement beyond the community. A 1-year track record coordinating programs for adults and a high school diploma are required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of direct experience coordinating, planning, and executing programs for adults.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license; commercial license may be required depending on community needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and execute programs for residents.
• Develop and manage a monthly calendar of events in partnership with residents.
• Collaborate with community leadership to plan, coordinate, and execute special events at the community.
• Plan and schedule engagement opportunities outside the community, including driving a community vehicle when needed.
