The role requires at least 1 year of experience coordinating programs for adults, a high school diploma or GED, and a preferred Bachelor’s degree in related fields. Opportunities exist for advancement within Brookdale’s nationwide communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year direct experience coordinating, planning, and executing programs for adults.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in relevant field.
• Leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute resident engagement programs.
• Develop a monthly calendar with resident input and collaboration.
• Plan, coordinate and execute special events with community leadership.
• May involve operating a community vehicle for outreach.
