Job summary

Cedarhurst Living is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to support occupancy growth and guide prospective residents and families through the move‑in process. You will help with contracts, tours, and coordinating apartment readiness, while delivering exceptional hospitality and service.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience helpful.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Create resident contracts and coordinate the move-in process.
• Provide tours to prospects as needed.
• Coordinate move-in logistics and paperwork for new residents.
• Maintain marketing packets, collateral, and brochures.
• Communicate with residents, families, and team members in a kind, respectful manner.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and vendors.
