A leading company in senior living is seeking a Resident Engagement Manager to enhance resident quality of life through engagement initiatives. The role involves collaboration across various service lines and requires leadership experience. Responsible for the implementation of the Engagement 3.0 philosophy (Friendships First, Programs Second, and Purpose Partners), including promoting culture with Sales partners and prospects.
Provide subject matter expertise to the community leadership team regarding engagement and quality of life for residents.
Hire, train, and supervise at least one full-time associate to ensure all expectations are met.
Facilitate, plan, collaborate, and partner across service lines (Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing) to foster a culture of engagement throughout the campus.
Requirements include at least two years of direct experience with adults and leadership experience. A degree in a related field (therapeutic recreation, gerontology, healthcare, education, or related) is preferred.

Salary range: $23.82 - $29.77 per hour, determined by skills and experience. The role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities.
