Maloney Properties LLC and Northgate Residents Ownership Corporation (NROC) seek a Community Builder to support resident engagement and leadership at the 336-unit Burlington, VT community. The CB collaborates with Champlain Housing Trust to coordinate governance, records, and programs that empower residents and strengthen board functions.

The role involves full-time hours with some evenings and occasional Saturdays for meetings and outreach.

Responsabilités

• Engage with residents to foster participation in activities and governance.
• Create engaging communications for residents via print and social media.
• Orient new residents to Northgate's history and leadership opportunities.
• Survey residents’ needs with management to inform board decisions.
• Seek outside funds for programs and services as directed by the Board.
• Coordinate on-site food pantry activities and relationships with food resource agencies.
