Sunrise Senior Living in San Francisco is seeking an Activities & Volunteer Coordinator to lead resident engagement, volunteer services, concierge operations, and customer experience programs. This role creates connection, purpose, and well-being to drive resident and family satisfaction.

You will plan and supervise a range of engagement activities across neighborhoods, including memory care, while guiding volunteers and staff to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience in senior living, hospitality, recreation, or volunteer management.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with event planning experience.
• Experience with volunteer/engagement technology and reporting preferred.

Aufgaben

• Plan, implement, and evaluate resident-centered engagement programs and events.
• Oversee activities, entertainment, and wellness programming across all neighborhoods, including memory care.
• Supervise team members, volunteers, and concierge staff.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain volunteers; build community partnerships.
• Track participation, satisfaction, and engagement metrics to improve programming.
• Manage engagement documentation, calendars, reporting, and technology platforms.
• Lead concierge operations, delivering exceptional experiences for residents, families, and visitors.
• Support budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and operational planning.
• Partner with Sales and Resident Care on move-ins and ongoing engagement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and Sunrise quality standards.
