Brookdale Senior Living seeks a Resident Engagement Coordinator in the Finance area to support engagement programs for residents and coordinate activities with the community leadership team. This role emphasizes resident well-being, collaboration with staff, and timely event execution.

Responsibilities include creating monthly engagement calendars with residents, planning events, and possibly driving community activities.

Qualifications

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Education and Experience

A minimum of 1 year of direct experience with adults, coordinating, planning, and executing programs is required. High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required. Bachelor's Degree in therapeutic recreation, gerontology, health care, education, or other related field preferred. Leadership experience preferred.

Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license and may be required to obtain a commercial driver's license based on the needs of the community
