Job summary

B.HOM Student Living in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Community Ambassador to foster a lively, inclusive resident community on-site. You’ll lead resident engagement, assist with leasing tours, and support housing events and social programs.

This position requires strong communication, organization, and a positive, service-oriented mindset. You’ll be scheduled for evenings and weekends and may cover on-call shifts while living in staff housing.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a student and meet academic requirements.
• Minimum 12 undergraduate credits (or 6 graduate credits).
• Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
• Must be able to live on-site in staff housing and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute resident engagement programs to enhance the living experience.
• Assist with leasing tours, follow-ups, and housing events.
• Support office operations and daily administrative tasks.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to resident concerns.
• Promote the community through social engagement and events.
