Job summary

B.HOM Student Living in Tucson is seeking a Community Ambassador to foster resident engagement and support leasing efforts at Aspire Tucson Apartments. You will work onsite, coordinating programs, tours, and events to create a vibrant living community.

The role is part-time (~20 hours/week), requires high school education, on-site housing eligibility, and strong communication skills. You will report to the General Manager and join a people-first team focused on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a student and meet academic requirements (minimum 12 undergraduate credit hours or 6 graduate hours)
• Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA (must be maintained)
• Must be able to live on-site in staff housing and be available for training before the academic year starts

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social and developmental programs to enhance the resident experience
• Assist with leasing efforts including tours, follow-ups, and housing events
• Support daily office functions including customer service and administrative tasks
• Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities and respond to resident concerns
• Represent the brand positively and professionally within the community
• Perform other duties as assigned to support community success
