As part of our healthcare team, you will plan and implement a variety of activities to meet diverse needs, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized plans.

You will encourage socialization and provide compassionate one-on-one support.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run activities meeting residents' recreational, social, and cognitive needs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized activity plans.
• Encourage socialization and community building through group activities and events.
• Provide one-on-one support and companionship for loneliness or memory loss.
• Maintain records and reports of activities and participation.
• Assist with event planning and marketing to engage residents and families.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting activity area.
