Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant action and stay calm during emergencies.
• Must communicate tactfully with residents, family members, visitors and staff.
• Must be knowledgeable of regulations governing activity services in nursing care facilities.
• Must provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of residents served.
• Must possess leadership abilities and supervise other personnel.
