Responsibilities

• Document Activity Programs: Maintain detailed records of activity programs and resident participation, identifying progress toward care plan goals.
• Conduct Resident Assessments: Perform resident activity histories and assessments in compliance with state and federal standards.
• Coordinate Communication: Publish and distribute a monthly calendar of events and newsletters to inform residents and families.
• Build Volunteer Engagement: Develop and maintain a volunteer program to support activities.
