Job summary

Renaissance of Stillwater is seeking an Engagement Assistant to support resident activities in our Independent and Assisted Living communities. You will help residents participate in meaningful programs and coordinate outings to enrich their daily lives.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, experience in Assisted Living, and strong communication skills. The role also involves completing resident interest worksheets and organizing activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care preferred.
• Current Oklahoma CNA certificate preferred.
• Oklahoma current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Complete Resident Interest Worksheets for all new residents.
• Promote all programs to maximize resident participation.
• Help organize resident outings, including trips and medical visits.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated

Excellent organizational skills

Interpersonal skills

Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Business, or related field
