• Must have experience with elders and disabled individuals.
• Demonstrates a consistent ability to coordinate multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of an engaging activity program.
• Lead and implement individual and group activities.
• Encourage residents to attend and participate in activities.
• Communicate changes in residents' condition to care directors.
