Job summary

Join Benchmark Senior Living as a Programming/Activity Assistant. This role involves organizing and implementing programs tailored to meet the individual needs of residents, enhancing their psychological, physical, and social well-being.

You will coordinate various activities, lead groups, and communicate important updates regarding resident conditions. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of aging issues, background in recreational activities, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Qualified by experience and training to develop programs for elders and disabled individuals.
• Maintains a high level of confidentiality regarding residents, staff, and community.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of an engaging activity program.
• Lead and implement one-on-one and group activities according to schedule.
• Encourage residents to attend and participate in programming.
