Lutheran Haven, Inc. in Oviedo, FL is seeking a Resident Engagement Assistant to organize and deliver engaging activities for older adults. You will help create meaningful days filled with connection, creativity, conversation, movement, and celebration.

The role requires empathy, reliability, and teamwork, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Benefits include health and dental insurance, PTO, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work collaboratively and treat residents, families, and coworkers with respect.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver a variety of recreational and social activities based on resident interests.
• Lead group and individual activities and encourage participation.
• Organize celebrations, decorate spaces, and maintain activity calendars.
• Spend meaningful one-on-one time with residents and document engagement.
