Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Activities Director in planning a program of activities for residents.
• Maintain documentation as required by state and federal regulations.
• Coordinate activities inside and outside the facility, including entertainment and religious events.
• Foster social interaction among residents through group activities and recreation.
• Encourage resident participation and motivation in activities.
• Collaborate with volunteers across activity programs.
• Help plan and prepare the monthly activity calendar.
