Job summary

Lutheran Senior Services is seeking a Lifestyle Enrichment Guide to plan and implement activities that support wellness domains for residents. You will collaborate with staff, families and volunteers to create a positive environment and tailor programs to individual interests.

Responsibilities include preparing spaces, transporting residents, and evaluating progress to ensure meaningful engagement while maintaining safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required or preferred.
• Active driver’s license preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with person-centered care.
• Ability to work well in a team and with residents, families and staff.
• Proficient computer skills for scheduling and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement and evaluate lifestyle enrichment activities.
• Observe residents and assess attendance, mood and involvement to adjust programs.
• Prepare spaces, gather supplies, transport residents to activities and clean up.
• Adapt activities to residents' interests and desires for meaningful engagement.
• Advocate for residents and communicate changes to the supervisor and team.
• Back-up driving/transport duties if licensed and required.
