Genesis Healthcare in Maine is seeking an Activity Assistant to plan, organize and implement engagement activities that meet the physical, creative, cognitive, social, spiritual, and emotional needs of our patients and residents.

You will document participation, attend care plan meetings, and help enrich daily life for residents while working a 10am-6pm shift that may include some weekends at our Kennebunk location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement engagement activities for residents.
• Document attendance and participation in recreation programs.
• Attend care plan meetings as needed.
