National Health Care Associates as Eastside affiliate in Bangor, ME seeks an Activities Assistant to plan and implement recreational and therapeutic activities for residents, enhancing well-being and engagement.

You will work with the Activities Director to develop a monthly calendar, provide one-on-one support, and document participation in activities. Training is provided; competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or senior living is preferred; training is provided.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Interest in therapeutic needs of the aged.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
