Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Resident Director to lead the property renewal leasing program and work closely with the Property Manager and Regional Manager to set renewal goals and achieve budgeted occupancy. You will provide outstanding customer service, develop resident retention programs and mentor the leasing staff.

You’ll collaborate with universities, manage renewal processes, ensure compliance with branding and safety programs, and drive leasing performance through team leadership

Qualifications

• Leasing experience in multifamily housing or related fields is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Sales/management experience in multi-family housing, hospitality, or retail is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent customer service relationships with residents, prospects and visitors.
• Assist in recruiting and interviewing of personnel.
• Lead leasing staff and mentor them to achieve renewal and occupancy goals.
• Develop relationships with universities and local organizations for outreach.
• Implement and monitor renewal programs and marketing strategies to exceed occupancy targets.
