Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health and safety rules in food preparation.
• Safe Food Manager certificate required.
• Two years of progressive and relevant experience.
• Experience supervising staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff biweekly and manage front of house operations.
• Supervise dining room and kitchen workflow, including training staff.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety, per sanitation codes and policies.
• Maintain serving schedules and ensure meals follow menu specifications.
• Keep temperature logs and monitor food safety.
• Manage costs within budgetary guidelines and comply with laws and policies.
